Citta-M provides SoC solutions in the following four area, millimeterwave radar and communication, millimeterwave imaging, microwave & millimeterwaver phased array system, ultrowide band SoCs for instrumentations.
Millimeter wave radar includes 77GHz car radars SoCs and 122 GHz ultrocompact short range radar SoCs.
Millimeter wave body imaging radar includes E-band (60-90GHz) and W-band (90-96GHz) multichannel SoCs.
Communication phased array SoCs include millimeter wave phase array for 5G communications, frequency covering 28GHz, 60Ghz and 73GHz.
Ultra wideband ICs mainly focuses on analog signal process in front of ADCs, e.g. wideband VGA ICs, active power splitter/combinner, digital attenuator, narrow pulse generating circuits ect.
Applications
For all SoC sollutions, Citta-M provide wide range of reference designs, such as detail application docs, testing PCB layouts, hardware & softwre system development environment.
To some special application senarios, we provide moduls including antennas, transceivers or TRX phased arrays. Sysetm design can be much accelerated by seamlessly integrating IC design, anteann & package design, module design.
Besides our own reference design, we publish other designs from our partners as well. Such system level IPs can be directly purchased from our partners, and integrated into your own system.
Design Service
The designers of Citta-M have been working in world class companies, researchinstitures and universities, and have accumulated lots of know hows in millimeter wave, TeraHz and ultro wideband SoCs, expecially in SiGe BiCMOS SoC designs.
We provide the following design service: feasibility analysis, IP development, production tests, high frequency packeging and antenna on chip integration.
Ranging from 5GHz to 500GHz, we provide block designs of: LNA, mixer, frequency multiplier, frequency divider, power amplifier, VCOs, phase lock loops (PLL), digital phase shifters, antennas etc., and integrating two or more blocks from above into one SoC.
